Can play all movies on local network but not remote. It suddenly stoped

Server Version#:1.24.4.5081 Windows 10
Player Version#:8.24.0.28408 Android pixel 4xl

I think it is from the last server update, but not sure.
Before i could play every movie direct play or transcoded. But suddenly that does not work anymore from remote.
I can play my movie on the local network no problem, but if i turn of wifi and try to play that movie again it does not work. But i can play other movies remotley so some movies still work but not all. So i don´t understand. I have 900mbit upload, port 34200 is open is there any other port?

When writing this i notice that if a change quality on the phone from maximum to 20mbit 1080 i can play the movie. But i dont need that setting when connected on the local network why can that be?
