Player Version#: Android 8.21.2.27212 (same issue on chromecast + firestick apps)
The last month or two I begun having issues with remote playback on plex, it seems to be intermittent but it affects everyone who streams remotely including myself. I am running plex in a container via podman on Fedora IoT, I’ve included some debug logs from the server for a remote playback request that fails. The users can browse the library but when playing items it throws an error such as “An error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again”. There was a point this evening where I was able to get streams going remotely from my phone but it was pretty short lived and the errors returned.
