I have both a Microsoft OneDrive & Google Drive account. If I upload my music and/or videos to either one, is there then a way I can stream them using Plex somehow?
Using cloud storage as the primary datasource for Plex is a bad idea.
Because the data are always going from: Storage -> Plex Server -> Plex Client
Cloud storage can be used to lift the burden from your home internet connection when streaming to external clients (i.e. those not within your own home network)
This feature is called CloudSync and requires a Plex Pass subscription.

I can confirm that streaming your files stored on Google Drive works very well.
