Pcloud as music storage

Is it possible to set a cloud storage to stream music on a plex client ? My plex server is using local storage, but all my medias are alors available on a cloud… And it would be easier to use directly the cloud storage.
for example, using a plex server on a android tv, and medias on a cloud storage… even if my windows server is not on line…

thanks for any idea…

You can’t have Plex without a Plex server. Cloud storage is not a Plex server. Ergo no Plex.
