[HowTo] Update PMS on QNAP using SSH

If you want to update PMS on your QNAP using SSH, it can be done by doing the following: Browse to https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/ Select the relevant QPKG Right-Click on the download link, and copy to your clipboard Open an SSH connection to your QNAP In the console, type: cd /share/Public curl <DOWNLOADLINK> --output pms.qpkg chmod +x pms.qpkg ./pms.qpkg Above will download and install/update PMS from Plex download site

And I’m sure there’s something likewise for Syno, but since not a Syno dune, I kinda rest my case here
