Can’t access from Google devices

All of a sudden I am not able to access my Plex server from any Google/Android devices. I have multiple smart TVs, Chromecast and a Shield TV. I can access it fine from iOS, web and Roku.

When I open the Plex app all I get is a spinning circle. I have backup servers that I am able to access, just not my main Windows server.

In addition to this problem all of my managed users lost access to that server, I don’t know if these two things are related.
