Can't Access Plex Server from Sony TV

I am completely unable to get access to my Plex server on my Plex app on the Sony TV. All other devices can see the server except for the TV. I have signed in and out several times from the Plex app, and used the plex.tv/link code repeatedly but it won’t load my local server.

I have cleared the cache and storage, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Plex android App. I have stopped and restarted the Plex Media Server which is on a Windows 10 machine. I have turned off VPN. I’m hoping someone can help!

It turns out Plex set up an extra account for my Gmail login that had a different email address. I resolved it in only 7 hours!
