I have test 3 version plex media server，All movies file not work，but i can play music use the server.
my www is good ,no firewall,and i can find my plex server from www
at the same time ,other server works fine
I even reinstall the NAS system.
please help

always told me “Conversion failed. A required codec could not be found or failed to install.”
I tried many ways. no one can pass.
I tried copy .so files from other server(on 3617xs+,the same X86-X64 ),no use
I use root user(very danger)delete plex files on NAS,in order to clean the NAS OS.
I give plex user the MAX authority.the same as admin can do anything to plex folder and my media folder.
My plex server can access from internet,My nas can visite www,desktop Plex can scan the films information to me ,can decoder mp3 and wav,it seems can’t flac and ape.
I give up.
May be these all my NAS’s(3617xs) problem.
