Can’t Delete Old Server

The same thing happens to me that is discussed in another topic.

I’ve read the forums, been to this link and tried to delete my old server, but it doesn’t show up on the list:

I haven’t used the server for about 5 years and haven’t been able to delete it since. I heard Plex employees can help delete them? The old server was “Laptop”

There is no old server named like that in your account.
There is however one on a Raspberry Pi that hasn’t been used for 4 years.
I can delete that one for you.

But if you still see a server named “Laptop”, you either

  • are logged in with a different plex.tv account (different from the account that you have used to post in this forum)
  • have a server named “Laptop” still running somewhere in your local network

You are right, the old server is Raspberry Pi. If you can delete it for me I would greatly appreciate it.
