I think that link will only work for people on your server.
It is whatever they have set as their privacy settings for reviews. Folks with server access are often also “friends” but not necessarily. But it is definitely not set for “anyone” to see if not private.
They would only be able to do the same that you can do in your privacy settings https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/privacy
Right but I’m wanting to remove them (unrate everything) as I never did it in the first place.
That deletes ratings saved to your plex.tv account as well.
There is nothing I can think of that would rate things for you. Unless some third party app is doing it.

Okay, yes that did fix the issue. I have deleted them. I have noticed something else. For some reason the profile area of my account has stopped “tracking” my watch history.
I use plex daily, its my only source of consuming content, so for it to say I have not watched anything since 27th of December is definitely inaccurate.
Why would this be?
My server is definitely tracking what I’m watching, see this from yesterday.

Your Profile Watch history is what is synced to Plex.tv.
In order to delete all the star ratings/review that are on your profile stored on watch tv, you needed to Stop Syncing the watch state and rating syncing. as described in the screenshot i addded.
If you re-enable it then your watch history, which is based on the change in watch state, will then begin updating on your account profile.
Disregard the last post, I’ve edited it out.
I did try what you suggested in your last post, but the “My Watch History” has still not updated with anything new I’ve watched today.
It also seems that all the friends on my server’s last watched remains at the same date as mine, meaning something on my server is not triggering user profiles that X thing has been watched. The users I checked only use my server.
Its weird, when I unsync and delete the data in the privacy options, then turn sync back on it brings all the ratings back.
Does this mean If i don’t want ratings on my profile I can’t ever use the sync feature again?
By ratings I assume you mean stars. If you rated things on your server then sync it will go to your profile.
To be clear even if you sync you can set your rating/reviews etc to private so no one else can see them.
But yes you cannot choose what to sync, when it is on it will sync ratings.
And can you help at all with my watch list not updating (or anyone elses that use only my server)

Can you show me the xml info for something that you recently watched that should be there.
OK I don’t see anything wrong there. I think I will need to see the server logs after watching something wait like 30 . ( note it has to be completely watched through, not partially)
or filter your logs on ViewStateSync to look for any errors.

yeah that 400 error i have not seen before. I’m not sure why that would be. If you would not mind grabbing the full server log so I can give to devs that can look into the issue it would be appreciated. (feel free to message it to me if don’t want to post it in this topic)
