Plex Movie & Shows ratings

According to my history on my profile I have rated tons and tons of movies and TV Shows and I do not ever remember doing this? I recently had a friend reach out to me asking about certain movies that I’ve “rated” but I’ve never actually seen, the conversation was rather comical.

How can I remove these in bulk, instead of having to go through them 1 by 1? Some of these I don’t even have on my server.

Can I have my ratings history completely wiped server side?

I would be so grateful.

The only way I know to bulk remove all of those entries from your activity feed would be to also delete your synced watch state via “Delete Data on Plex” in your privacy settings (see Sync Watch State and Ratings > Delete Data).

As for why all of your movies are rated, do you use Kometa (previously PMM/Plex Meta Manager)? Some of its ratings-based overlays can be configured to repurpose the user rating field for e.g. IMDb ratings (Plex Ratings Explained - Kometa Wiki), which Plex could be syncing to your profile.

I did try the privacy route and it didn’t do anything.

I was using k0meta, yes and I do think that’s what caused it!
