Not directly, you have use several apps to make it work. I have been planning on doing it but have not had the time and I will need to check if things have changed since it has been a while since I started the project. xSteve will not work since it uses ffMpeg to transcode the video and it does not support the the format that PlutoTv uses for inserting the commercials.
