In order to watch films I have to open Plex page on my PC and then open Plex App on my Samsung TV. It has worked like a charm for years with the films stored on the same server (an HP X470) so nothing’s changed. BUT if I try and watch a film on the TV now, it stops and buffers every few min. Sometimes quicker. However, I can watch films from my PC which seems strange as both the TV & my PC are both wired into the HP X470 via the same network.
I have pressed the RESTORE TO DEFAULT on the Web Client—Debug page but still no change with the TV buffering. Plex software up to date. Very frustrating so would welcome any assistance of help. Thanks
