when i accessing my plex server from tv in my room the movie will buffer instead of playing smoothly with no interruptions.other tv never does this and the problem started recently but nothing with the hardware has changed?I have tried multiple files and defragmented the drive that holds my files ,plugged and unplugged network cables from tv’s to the router with no change.
not sure where to go next.

both samsung smart tvs are running the plex app
