Buffering non-stop. How to avoid it?

Guys,
Lately I simply cannot watch my media on my TV. It keeps buffering non-stop. It’s local network and my TV is wired to the network. Any idea on how I can make it avoid this buffering?

is it a samsung TV? I’ve been having a lot of buffering in the past week on my samsung TV using the Plex app. Not sure if the Plex app updated recently and or the TV software, but something is off.

FWIW Plex on the same network works okay on the same TV though through the FireTV stick, which leads me to believe it’s the Samsung Plex causing the issue,.

Same issue on my Samsung tv has just started. Movies that never had issue before suddenly buffer about 5 min in and then constantly every few seconds after that. Plex has become unusable on Samsung TV now.
