Can we please manually schedule a recording?

So, like many, I’m having EPG issues. For whatever reason, they don’t want to acknowledge some shows that air. Or randomly drop off. (Jeopardy, for example).

I end up missing the show.

Can we manually force a recording on a time/channel? Maybe even add in some metadata to make everything whole?

I agree with this and also all the tags used by the commentator. If at least we can manually schedule, we can do a workaround of this faulty Gracenote data till it is fixed!

Uggh, this is killing me tonight! I have 3 shows to record at 9:00PM with only 2 tuners. But I happen to know one show is repeated at 2:00AM (even though Plex EPG won’t admit that to me). 10 seconds with a manual recording option and I would be on with life. Basic feature from my 1999 Tivo, still not available in 2018 Plex DVR.

I agree with this feature request. EPGs are not reliable enough to not have this feature.
