I don’t want to keep choosing “custom” then go through and set up the same profile over and over. I tried searching but couldn’t find anything.

Sorry, I dont understand your question
I suppose it’s about that screen:
When you optimize some episode/show, you can choose Custom in that dropdown list, then name that profile and customize it with target device and quality settings. I think it’s very confusing, cause it FEELS like you’ve saved this profile for future use, and then you go to optimize next episode or show, aaand… yep, when you select Custom, there are NO saved profiles, and you have to name it, select quality etc ALL OVER AGAIN. It’s too many clicks and a very bad user experience in my opinion. It could be much better is that profile was saved for future use, and you could edit your custom profiles in the server settings.
