Cancel play

When I start watching a movie or series, even for a minute or two, it is automatically added to "On Deck", and Plex remembers where I stopped.

Generally, this feature is great. But if I just played accidentally or just watched to see something (e.g, audio/video quality) - it's impossible to "cancel" the play.

It is impossible to make Plex forget where I stopped and remove it from "On Deck", unless I manually scroll to the end of the video, and then manually mark it as unwatched.

This tiny feature is really missing and currently the bypass is quite annoying.

I agree. I usually just put watched, then unwatched which reset it (remove the need to scroll to the end). But from the deck tab, I would like to say, remove from deck

I agree.  I make a lot of gopro videos and I throw my unedited clips in one library and my completed edits in another.  Once I dump the media onto my computer the on-deck gets spammed with my gopro clips and I'd rather not have that.  It would be nice if you could blacklist certain libraries from showing up here as well.

Definitely agree. I think adding media to On Deck after a minimum of 2-3 minutes continuous playback would be more reasonable.

Did you try editing your Library section -> Advanced -> include in Dashboard? This excludes the section from all on-deck,... and should be what you're looking for

Early 2021 clean-up: implemented (remove from continue watching)
