Cancel Tidal subscription

I have trouble canceling my subscription to Tidal now that the trial has run out. The link in the help article only takes me to https://www.plex.tv/plex-pass/ and does going to “subscriptions” in the web app. https://plex.tv/users/payments shows no scheduled payments and no history of payments. Neither do my Tidal account page.

I can’t unsubscribe from Tidal’s website and Tidal does not show up on my Plex account, but money is being drawn from my bank account…

This is extremely frustrating since I can’t afford to pay €20 a month for a service I don’t use and never will use after this.

Are you saying that Tidal doesn’t appear at the bottom of this page for you?

contact billing they will be able to look at your account to figure out what is what https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing

It does not.

I get redirected to https://www.plex.tv/plex-pass/
