TIDAL subscription

When I try and pay for my Tidal subscription, I keep getting the following error message:

Oops! Looks like we weren’t able to process your payment successfully. Please try again or contact support.
CALLBACK_FAILED.ppp-hifi_addon

I have unlinked and relinked my Tidal account.

I have cancelled all existing Plex Paypal payments.

I have tried to pay with my credit card and Paypal, all with the same error message.

This is really frustrating, as I cannot now use my Tidal account (with Plex or directly).

If you are trying to pay thought PayPal make sure you have not revoked pre-approved payment authorizations for Plex. It stops all ability to pay us for anything. You may have to contact PayPal to change your settings there.
