Cannot access library using Plex iPhone app

For some reason I cannot access my library remotely using the Plex iPhone app. When I’m on wifi at home, of course it works. But as soon as I turn off the wifi, or I’m not at home, I cannot access it. In the Plex web app it says “Fully accessible outside your network” and is green. If I turn off wifi and just go to the web public web address, I can access it as well. But as soon as I try to do it within the Plex app…no go. I have even set up port forwarding on my Netgear Nighthawk router using port 34200 and still nothing. Really scratching my head on this one so need some help from you experts. Thanks for any info you can provide. (Yes, I’m logged into the same account both on the web app and iphone app.)
