I need a bit of help.
Everything has been humming along for 6 years. I have a Netgear ReadyNAS 316 with 12TB (6x 2TB - 9TB after configuring array). Firmware is up to date at 6.10.2. Rebooted the drive to ensure it’s operating properly. Checked drive space, though that would not have anything to do with not finding the Server. I downloaded and installed the most recent server version plexmediaserver_1.19.5.3112-b23ab3896_amd64.deb
But it will not run. I keep getting the message to GET PLEX MEDIA SERVER.
I have tried accessing through my Samsung tablet, Samsung phone, Desktop Browser and ROKU. All fail to show my media.
Any suggestions on how to get things back to working would be most appreciated.
