Cannot access new PMS via web browsers

Hi, I recently created a new server on my Windows 10 computer, and migrated the old cache files. The server works great except from any web browser using app.plex.tv. The error says “Unable to securely connect…” I made sure to allow unsecure connections but it hasn’t fixed it. I can access the server through the plex app on Windows and on Android TV, but not through any web browsers.

I’ve flushed my DNS, logged in and out of PMS, reinstalled PMS, so far no positive results.

Upon closer inspection, the console is showing “error acquiring new certificate: Failed to upload CSR: 429, <…>”
“PKC12_parse failed … mac verify failure”

So perhaps my certificate needs reset? Logs attached.
