Cannot access plex from remote tv's but I can from the IOS mobile app?

Hi,

I have a strange issue. I recently moved house and I now cannot access my plex server from a tv I previously could do, or any other tv around the world. It says my server is accessible ok on the remote connection settings, but even with a manual port forward I cannot access, it just says it is unavailable.

If I try access the server from my phone on either 4g or the same network as the tv’s are on, it works fine. which makes me think it is not a network issue.

what is the first thing I need to do to resolve this?

I have the same issue. It is really weird and I don’t know how to fix it. Can someone please help.
