I have remote access enabled on my Plex server. However, I am still unable to access it remotely. When I log into my server from anywhere on my home network and go to account settings/remote access - it tells me that Plex is fully accessible outside my network. However, when I log into my account from outside my network, I get an error message which says that the server is unreachable.
I don’t know if it is related, but when I sign out and back into to a Plex app remotely, I always get a message “We noticed you have more than one Plex server available to you. please select your preferred server and we’ll setup your initial Home Screen for you.” However, there is not more than one Plex server available.
