Cannot access Plex or logon to Plex webpage on computer

Cannot logon to Plex server or Plex website through computer. The only way I’m able to log into the website is through my phone.

UPDATE: I have turned on my VPN and can now log into plex.tv.com but once I turn VPN off it will not let me log into my server or the website whatsoever. Which in return means I cannot access any of my media. Please Help!?

Yes im with AT&T fiber.
