Hi
I have issues downloading/adding subtitles that I search for. I can search for subtitles, see the results, but when I click on one I get an error message (windows): “Failed to download subtitle.”
I get error on all devices I’ve tried, and on all of my movies/series on Plex.
My settings:
Account->AUDIO & SUBTITLE SETTINGS, PREFERRED AUDIO LANGUAGE=English,
Account->AUDIO & SUBTITLE SETTINGS, AUTO-SELECT SUBTITLE MODE=Always enable
Server Version#: 1.24.2.4973
Player Version#: all devices
