Unable to download subtitles

Hi everybody. A while ago, a friend shared his friend’s Media Server with me on Plex, and it’s great fun. However, I am unable to download or upload subtitles. I can find the place where I should do it, but I get an error message “Unable to download subtitles”. I get this message, regardless if I’m watching via Android TV Box, windows laptop or android smartphone…

I found the Plex help article on adding local subtitles to media, but it looks like all the necessary settings are already enabled by the guy who’s sharing his Media server with me. My other friend, who’s using the same server, has no issues downloading subtitles in any language he likes.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help is much appreciated :+1:
