Failed to download subtitle. - can't seem to find the problem

Server Version#: Version 1.24.0.4930
Player Version#: Version 4.59.2 (but also Android and AndroidTV)

Download subtitles fails on my movies, on all players. I can’t seem to find the problem. When i press the download button, i get a HTTP 200 response back (which is empty) and this error message. Even in verbose Logging, everything looks fine (see below, sorry for the verbose logging). Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

Open Subtitles has been having problems in the past days, I think they had to reinstall the whole website from backups. When the error happens check if the website opensubtitles.org is working or not.

And to make things worse, automatic download of subtitles is not working thanks to Plex deciding to move to a new agent before all functionality is implemented, so the automatic download of subtitles is not working at all.

When I had these problem I had to find the subtitle manually (i.e. from opensubtitles.com or podnapisi) and use the option UPLOAD instead of SEARCH. That works. But then after a few hours the subtitle will be deleted for no reason. another crappy bug. The whole subtitle support functionality is a total mess at the moment.
