With my old phone I could cast from it to my PC without any problems and use the phone as a “remote”. With my new phone it doesn’t work. Both the PC and the phone cannot detect each other, e.g. when I press cast on one of them, the other doesn’t show up in the list. As the problem is there both ways…

Casting to Plex for Windows was removed in version 1.46 (announcement).

It was also removed from Plex Web in v4.83.2 (announcement).

Plex recommends using Plex HTPC instead (download).
