did you do that ?

You managed to do it before without doing this - by copying the Logs directory out

C:\Users\spenc\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Logs
and zipping the copy

The issue appears to be is that the server is not appearing in the list of owned devices after making a claim

I need to establish why that is happening
