When I click the “Claim Server” button, nothing happens and the following logs appear in the console:
This happens on a brand new server with no configuration.

Glad to hear it’s not just me. Must be an issue with Plex’s servers.
It’s very disappointing that Plex doesn’t offer formal technical support, especially for Plex Pass subscribers…

Me too, had windows update blue screen, had to reinstall, trying to add new server as it doesn’t recognize old one and same thing > claim server, nothing happens > Message

I’m stuck on the same problem, server bsod so had to reinstall it, tried every conceivable fix for hours
