Cannot claim server

I click on “claim server” then Plex goes to this web address and freezes.

Still can’t figure out what I am doing wrong:

Terramaster NAS F5-221 - downloaded and installed Plex Server. But I can’t access the movies or music because I can’t claim the server nor can I sign in.

Downloaded and installed Plex for Windows 64 Bit, here I can see Web Shows and and movies/TV on plex but none of My Media nor can I “sign in”. It asks me to get Plex Media Server.

So I download and install Plex media server 1.20.0.318 (there was a link to this version in plex for windows 64 bit. I launch this and open it from the task bar. Here I am told that “Your home screen is empty” I cannot sign in yet again and I cannot access my movies because when I try to “Claim” the server it again gets stuck same as when I try to sign in.

The last thing I can download is Plex Media Player (for windows home theater PCs). This some of the same availability as the Plex for Windows 64bit (web shows, News, Podcasts, but No movies from plex. NEW - this one I can Sign IN AND it allowed me to claim the Server

Now that I am signed in here I thought I would check back with Plex for Windows 64…Sign…no luck still can’t sign in.

Then I went back and tried to open the Windows Plex Media server which previously I opened but now it won’t open …sigh.

Out of curiosity I went back to the Plex Windows Player that was work (though it didn’t have the plex movies showing) and signed out. and went back to the Media Server…nope still can’t sign in. I am going to restart and see what happends and come back to report
