Unable to claim server

Player Version#: 4.57.4

Everytime I attempt to claim my server it get “there was a problem signing into plex” even though I am already logged in;

I’ve tried;

  • Restarting machine
  • rebooting modem/router
  • using a google DNS
  • disabling firewall
  • Manual install of new version

Any help would be amazing! Been running this server solid for 3+ years - generally without issue.

Thanks for your comments, I tried this all - But I’m missing the “Login” option on the server, and I used to be able to go to the https version of the server, but i’d get a warning from Chrome. But now i cannot access it at all, even locally from the machine. I have to go to the http version.

Should I try an un/re install?

I’m able to access the internet and Plex.tv from the machine, and when I type in the machine address into another computer on the same network, I can still click “Login” - its only on the machine using the localhost(friendly and 127), machine IP that I’m missing the login options

No other issues with the machine for access to any external service.
