Server Version#: 1.25…
Unfortunately I cannot configure the Plex Media Server on my EX2Ultra. Neither the “Configure” button nor entering “ServerIP:32400” opens a config page.
After clicking on the configuration button, the following message appears: “Not Found. The requested URL was not found on this server.”. Here it tries to open the following URL: http://192.168.178.2/plexmediaserver/index.php
If I manually enter “http://192.168.178.2:32400” in the browser, I get the message: “The website cannot be reached. 192.168.178.2 has refused the connection.”
I installed both, the version from WD’s “internal” app store and the latest version from the Plex website.
The NAS has MyCloudOS5 installed.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be?
Leider kann ich auf meiner EX2Ultra den Plex Media Server nicht konfigurieren. Weder der Button “Konfigurieren” noch die Eingabe der “ServerIP:32400” öffnet eine Konfigurationsseite.
