Cannot connect to PMS on iPads

My System:

  • Windows 10 Pro
  • Kaspersky Total Security 2020/2021
  • Malwarebytes Premium
  • Netgear ORBI router + satellites

My server is connected to router via ethernet

For the past 3 months I have been unable to connect to PMS through the PLEX app on my iPads or my FireTV. In both cases, I have kept updates current for the app and the PMS (although there is a new update for PMS right now). Prior to the last 3 months, I had no issues at all connecting to PMS via iPad or FireTV.

If I open the PLEX app on any iPad or FireTV, I can see the Home screen with “On Deck”, “Recently Added Movies”, etc, and I can PLAY any of them. I can also click on a series and select “Go To Show” and then select another series which DOES NOT show up on the “On Deck” and I can play that as well.

If I click on any category containing my personal media, such as MOVIES, TV Shows, Concerts, etc,
I get the error message “Bob’s Desktop is Currently Unavailable”.

Now the screwy part - If I connect to my server over WiFi using an Nvidia Shield TV (newest version), everything WORKS. That is fine for TVs using streaming boxes, but doesn’t solve the problem with iPads.

I have tried closing Kaspersky and Malwarebytes but it still doesn’t work.

If anyone out there can figure this out, I will certainly be grateful. Thanks for any help.

DISREGARD - Fixed problem. Issue was with Netgear ORBI settings. Thanks for reading, but glad it is finally fixed.
