Have been running PMS for a couple of years without problems, 2 days ago my Panasonic tv app stopped connecting to my server. Have worked through all the suggestions here https://support.plex.tv/articles/204604227-why-can-t-the-plex-app-find-or-connect-to-my-plex-media-server/
I use a VPN but have tried switching it off and it makes no difference, I’ve also done a complete uninstall and reinstall of PMS.
I think I’m at the stage where I need to look at the log but not sure how to do that.
