Please reset my certificate. Has been working until recently. Could not find anywhere in settings to resolve this.
Thank you Plex for resetting my certificate. However, it didn’t help. I still cannot connect securely to my media server on Shield. It works when I use the media server in a laptop as a trial. That laptop isn’t mine. I have cleared cache on the Plex app and rebooted Shield to no avail. What is the next step?
