Unable to connect to server securely - request cert reset

Server Version#: 1.29.2.6364 (smb)
Player Version#: 9.10.1.36024
Shield Version#: 9.1.1

At my wits end with this. Have server on a shield. Everything seems to be up to date but I cannot connect to the server on the shield, recieving this error message: “app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “SRF Server” securely.”

I am on the same network as the server/shield, and have tried connecting from a browser on PC and phone to no avail.

Any ideas? I’ve seen it mentioned that sometimes a security certificate reset works?
