Cannot Create New Playlist/Edit or Delete Existing Playlist

I created my first playlist with TV shows and moves mid-October. Now I cannot create a new playlist, edit the existing playlist or delete the existing playlist. I followed the procedure to check the db for corruption and repair but I’m still having the same issue.

Can anyone provide any suggestions, please?
