Mind sharing some more details? e.g.
- Does the playlist open ok in other Plex apps (e.g. the to-be successor of Plex Media Player → Plex HTPC)?
- Does the issue persist after you restarted the Plex Media Player?
- Does the issue persist if you restart your Plex Media Server or reboot the machine hosting it?
now I cant add new content. I added video (same format) to my server and i can see it and play it. But it doesn’t show up on plex. I restarted plex to no avail. I’m currently refreshing all metadata. It’s been running for 14 hours. Still going. Should I stop it and restart my drive? It’s a Drobo with 14 TB of data. Thanks
