Cannot delete within App

When I try to delete a file within the app it says that this is a problem deleting this. It happens on all platforms; iPhone/iPad, web app, chrome cast tv.

Used to have this issue on my TrueNAS box. My problem was that Plex had read-only access to my media library. Look to change permissions for the user and/or group set up for Plex to allow read-write.
