Cannot Find Transcoding Speed in PMS Log

Server Version#: Version 1.30.0.6486 on Windows 10
Player Version#: Plex for Amazon Firestick V9.13.1.37459

Does anyone know why I can’t find the search string of “speed =>” in the Plex Media Server.log file? Has something changed in the newer server versions? Does this Plex Support Article need to be updated? Just recently I have been experiencing buffering issues from a remote server to one of my Amazon Firesticks. Even with verbose logging turned on, I am unable to find the transcoding speed and would like to be able to rule out any transcoding issues from my remote server by using the Plex Media Server.log file.

Enable debug logging
DISable “verbose” logging
Stop and restart the server
