Cannot find USB external drive folders on PLEX

Hi, I am having some problems to find my USB EXternal drive on PLEX. The drive is mounted on DSM7 and everything looks ok on Syno software, and also on Windows in my local network. But I cannot find the drive on my Plex Media Server (docker). I’ve checked my permissions and I have WR permissions for the PlexMediaServer internal user. Do you know what could be happening here? External USB drives on DSM –

  1. You must go to Control Panel - Shared Folder
  2. Go into the shared folder DSM creates for the USB
  3. Grant permission to System Internal User PlexMediaServer (applying to all sub-folders and files) just as you do for your other shared folders on DSM.

When you open Plex to start looking for it, you’re not finding /volumeUSBx listed down the leftmost column below /volume1, etc ?
