I’ve had a plex account for a while, and all has been well…:
The other day, my phone app decided to de-authenticate me.
No problem, I have a password vault. Except the password isn’t accepted.
So I try a password reset - nothing, no email.
So I open Plex for my laptop, where I’m still logged in… and my email address is correct; but it says “unverified”. I click resend verification email, but again, no email gets sent… or at least, nothing gets delivered.
Email is hosted by Microsoft O365, so I check the spam folder (of course), but nothing. (note, I’m posting this from a new/blank account as cannot log into my real one… I can PM the account details)
