I followed the instructions this morning to change my password, and when I tried to login with the new password it’s not recognized. I have all day repeatedly tried the “forgot password” link but it doesn’t send me the email (not in spam folder either). I had to create a new plex account in order to post this question. Can you help me get into my original plex account?

Yeap. me too. I signed up with a yahoo email. We should take a poll to see if there;'s a trend. I had to go through the desktop to reset my password.

I’m also not receiving the password reset email and I can’t even log into my main account anymore. This is VERY frustrating.

I haven’t even gotten an email from when I tried on 8am this morning, still waiting.

I reset my password on my desktop, then I opened email client and waited and waited and waited for a reset email. Never showed up. Then I went to my phone and lo and behold it had already got the email and removed it from the server. Then I have to jump through hoops to copy the link out of that email to my desktop to plug into the browser to finish the process. It seems forwarding that email to a different account on my desktop wouldn’t function.
So moral of the story check your other devices to see if the email showed up there.

I tried twice, once this morning (hours ago), and once again a little while ago. Nothing. I’m confident I’m giving it the right address. It’s a .io domain, which I am mentioning in case it’s relevant. Sometimes silly validation on websites or databases won’t take my email for that reason.
