Cannot get Plex to load on any App

As stated above I cannot seem to get anything to run on any platform on and off my internet other than my Nvidia Shield that is wired. My setup is a Verizion Fios G3100 router (which i have seen that people have issues with) and a powerline adapter that gives all the speed i paid for, wired to my PC and Nvidia Shield. I also found out that it works only on wifi and not ethernet

With Verizon’s router settings i did Port Forward from 32400 to 32400 and i gave the PC a static IP address. I also used canyouseeme.org and got Success and a check for remote access.

The apps i tried was Android Mobile, Sony TV, Samsung TV, and IOS app all applications will show my libraries with partially loaded images or no images at all and will not load any video.Do i need to start my server over and if so how?

Have you tried reinstalling any of the apps? Maybe try restoring the DB from backup https://support.plex.tv/articles/202485658-restore-a-database-backed-up-via-scheduled-tasks/

I have… I deleted everything related to Plex with Revo uninstaller and started over and still have issues
