Cannot get Plex to record to my synology DS1515+ NAS

I have tried to get this up and running and now the darn thing does not work with my synology. Does anyone have any experience with this?

DOH!! Forgot to add streaming using Roku 4ktv and Apple 4kTV.

Windows 2012 server
Cisco 3750POE Switch
HDHomeRun Extended.

Seriously though, you’ll have to be more specific.

Are you using your Synology NAS as your Plex Media Server or are you using your Windows 2012 Server,…or both?

Are you having problems with 4K media specifically or Live TV streaming from the HDHomeTun Extend?
