When I try to login to my account it keeps telling me that my email is already in use. I’ve tried logging in with my email and Facebook but it says the same thing. When I try to use the forgot password option, I never get an email from PLEX. I had to crear this account just to ask for help because there is no other way to get support from PLEX.
Logging in or singing up? Plex will not inform you that your email is already in use(cause that’s the idea behind logging in)
Logging in. When I attempt to login with my email and password, it tells me it is incorrect. When I try to login using Facebook, it tells me that my email has already been taken. When I try to reset my password, plex never sends me an email. I have pictures of this but can post them. It would be nice if I could get support.
Sounds like you accidentally deleted your account. Please PM me the email address for your account and I can restore it.
