In order to ask this question I had to create a new account. I am for some reason locked out of my plex account. I am not sure what is going on but, I have a monthly subscription that I was getting ready to change to lifetime but, now can’t event access my account. I have clicked on both facebook and google log in and saids that field is already used. It is frustrating that there is no way to send a message to reset my account. Having to create a new account just to ask to unlock my original account seems silly as well. Any help would be appreciated.
did you try to reset the account password?

Yes, I have done the reset buttom. No email was sent to reset.
